Creating Listings
Listings are created in two ways:
- Practitioner sign-ups
Speech and language therapists can create a profile directly by registering on the site. - Public professional listings
In some cases, we may create a basic listing using publicly available professional information (such as name, location, and area of practice) so families can see what services are available in their area.
Claiming and Updating a Profile
If a profile belongs to you, you can claim it at any time.
Once claimed, you can:
- Update your contact details
- Add a professional bio
- Specify specialties and age groups
- Indicate teletherapy availability
- Add a website or booking link

Verification
Some profiles may display a Verified status. Verification helps families understand that the information has been reviewed or confirmed by the practitioner.
Verification may include:
- Email confirmation
- Professional registration details
- Additional review by our team
Verification does not imply endorsement; it is intended to improve data accuracy and trust.
Ranking and Visibility
Listings are generally shown based on:
- Location relevance
- Information completeness
- Services offered
- Availability of teletherapy
We do not sell leads or contact details, and we do not rank listings based on payment alone.
