• Providing services ethically and lawfully within their jurisdiction

We do not:

• Verify licenses unless a profile is flagged
• Evaluate clinical skill, treatment methods, or service quality
• Review clinical documentation or client records
• Supervise or oversee therapy sessions

All clinical responsibility rests solely with Providers.

6. Fraud Prevention and Content Moderation

Provider profiles are self-reported.

However, we may review, hide, or remove profiles when:

• Fraud, impersonation, identity concerns, or misleading information is reported or detected
• Content violates these Terms
• There are indications of harmful, unsafe, or inappropriate behavior
• Providers fail to respond to verification requests relating to identity (not clinical competence)

We do not proactively verify credentials for all Providers and have no duty to monitor profiles continuously.

7. User Conduct

Users agree not to:

• Provide false or misleading information
• Harass or harm other users
• Attempt to collect personal data from Providers
• Use the Service for unlawful purposes
• Interfere with platform functionality
• Impersonate any person or entity

8. Disclaimer of Warranties
